Family Bible Conference
The Family Bible Conference is a week-long graded Bible conference for people of all ages. Adults may come without children, but children must be accompanied by a parent. Come away and
be refreshed by God’s Word, fellowship, and fun. The week of August 8-13, 2011 may be a week that will change your life. The speaker for adults is Robert Anderson, senior pastor of Colonial

Accommodations: Our guests are housed in Nash Hall, Grace House, Hance House, Narnia, village cabins and cottages. Bed and bath linens are provided.
Specific Housing: To reserve a specific housing unit you must send in the completed registration form along with full payment for each person requesting the unit. Please note housing is assigned as full payment is received. Some units will be reserved as much as a year in advance.
Registration: Please register early as space is limited. In order to be considered registered we need a registration form completed and at least a deposit paid. Check-in is from 2-6 p.m. on the first day of the event. All advance payments are non-refundable.
Transfers: Transfers to another event MUST be made at least 14 days before the conference or retreat. You may transfer payments to an unregistered person if you are unable to attend. No payments may be transferred to a person who is already registered. If you are unable to attend, cannot transfer it to an unregistered person and have not notified us at least two weeks prior to the retreat, your money is not refundable or transferable.

Adult registration deposit - $75.00

The minimum amount to be considered registered is a registration deposit for each person attending.
In order to qualify for a family maximum limit a family is defined as a father,
mother, (or father or mother) and their direct offspring under the age of 19.
Please call or write if you fit into the maximum limit category.
All advance payments are non-refundable.
Activities: Canoeing, horseback riding (closed toe shoes and long pants required), riflery, archery, boat rides, hay rides, swimming, etc... will be available according to the season and weather.
Correspondence Courses: If you wish to use a correspondence course towards payment for your retreat, you must complete the course and the verses at least 1 month before your scheduled event. If you have completed a correspondence course you must send in the award check at least two weeks in advance or it may not be honored. Award checks expire after one year of issue. The award this year will be $50 per person that has completed a correspondence course. Awards are contingent on the availability of funds.
WHAT TO BRING: Casual clothes, raincoat or jacket, Bible, comfortable shoes, toiletry items, flashlight.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Towels, Sheets, etc… All linens are provided.
Dress: Dress is casual. Because we are a Christian facility we ask that you dress in a God-honoring way at all times. Women: Pants, skirts and shorts should not be too tight, revealing, or short (at least half way to the knee). Dresses and tops must have 2” wide minimum shoulder straps, and tops must be long enough to cover the waist. One piece modest swimsuits only. Men: Shirts are to be worn at all public places. Pants/shorts must be comfortable, but not sagging.
Policies: Pets, smoking, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any of the buildings.
We reserve the right to reassign rooms to those who have mobility needs even if you have paid in full for that room. NOTE: this is only if absolutely necessary. We make every attempt to house you where you have requested when you pay in full.
Any items found after a retreat will be kept for 30 days after the conference. Please call as soon as you realize what you left.
